Depicts: Zhostovo traditional paintings
First of all, it's always nice to get official cards from the site. And with this one I've even gotten to learn a little: in a city called Zhostovo, they produce metal trays with ornamented paintings on them, which are the ones you can see on the postcard. My grandmother used to have a tray very similar to these so it was a nice reminder of childhood - even though they probably weren't related at all, since my family has never been to Russia. To make this even more interesting, in the day Katherine wrote me, there were 40ºC in Russia, and I had no idea it could get so hot there.
Postcard stamp:
The best thing about this postcard was the stamp on the right, how amazing it is.
