From: Monika (Mullingar, Ireland)
Depicts: Mount Errigal (County Donegal, Ireland)
I've been a really lucky woman when it comes to the direct swaps I've proposed and this week was the real proof of that, starting with this beautiful card from Ireland - my first! This is Mount Errigal in County Donegal, the tallest peak in the Derryveagh Islands, which is known for the pinkish glow of quartzite in the setting sun - even if that's not really shown in this picture, obviously. Monika told me that Ireland is a rather cold, rainy and cloudy to live in, but that the landscape are really beautiful, which I already knew and confirmed with this card.
